A lack of such spaces can greatly impact Black\, Latinx\, Indigenous\, neurodivergent\, LGBTQ2SIA and other groups of people who often experience harm.&nbsp\; In this workshop\, participants will learn about the CLA(I)M model that helps groups develop accountable and healthy group norms.<br/>According to <a href="https://smho-smso.ca/">School Mental Health Ontario</a>: The model and resources were developed in collaboration with <a href="https://www.a7g.ca/">Assembly of Seven Generations</a> and <a href="https://www.wisdom2action.org/">Wisdom2Action</a>. The information and visuals presented have been adapted from <a href="https://lukayo.com/about/">Lukayo</a>.
