Forums: To support year-long application of the professional learning in the in person sessions\, mentors will also participate in four forums. Forums are typically 3-hour sessions and are strategically scheduled to help extend mentors&rsquo\; learning. \;
Through forums\, mentors will engage in the following topics:
\;● Analyze teacher observation and student formative assessment data (including student work) to monitor teacher progress and determine next instructional steps using the curriculum as a tool
\;● Practice delivering specific and actionable teacher feedback \;
\;● Engage in peer coaching where mentors co-observe a teacher\, calibrate on their observations and instructional next steps \;
● Support professional growth as an instructional leader by participating in a continuous improvement cycle of goal-setting and reflection
