Administrative Fees and Refund Policy
To support the planning and delivery of high-quality WESD professional learning experiences\, the following administrative policies apply:

Registration Deadlines: All participants must register by the published cutoff date. Late registrations may be accepted on a space-available basis and are subject to an administrative late fee of $25 on top of the registration fee.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the training date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 business days before the training date may be subject to a 50% refund\, depending on program costs already incurred.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the training event. (Call or email event contact for further details.)

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend\, a substitute participant from your district may attend in your place at no additional cost. Please notify WESD of any substitutions at least 24 hours in advance.

Event Cancellations: In the rare event that WESD cancels a training\, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
