X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:Please join us for an information session to learn more about the Reading Clinic our NWRESD Early Literacy Supports Team is offering during the winter 2026 term.&nbsp\;<br/><br/><strong>Program Benefits:&nbsp\;</strong><br/><br/><p>Open to classroom teachers\, Literacy Specialists\, Special Education teachers\, and English Language Development Specialists\, participants in the Reading Clinic receive the following at no cost funded by our NREN grant:</p><br/><br/><br/><br/><ul><br/><br/>	<li>3 graduate credits from Eastern Oregon University</li><br/><br/>	<li>All textbooks and supplies for the course</li><br/><br/>	<li>Mentorship with coaching\, observation and feedback</li><br/><br/>	<li>Substitute reimbursement to cover all class meetings</li><br/><br/></ul><br/><br/><strong>Prerequisites:</strong><br/><br/><br/><br/><p>In order to participate in the Reading Clinic\, educators must:</p><br/><br/><br/><br/><ul><br/><br/>	<li>Have completed LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) OR</li><br/><br/>	<li>Have attended at least 3 of the 4 NWRESD&rsquo\;s Science of Reading\, Science of Teaching\, and Data-Based Decision Making professional development sessions.</li><br/><br/></ul><br/><br/>The Reading Clinic course meeting dates are listed below:<br/>1/8/26 all day in-person at the NWRESD Washington Service Center\, and 3-hour sessions on 1/22/26\, 2/5/26\, 2/19/26\, 3/5/26\, 3/19/26 via Zoom (subsitute reimbursement provided for each meeting date).&nbsp\;<br/><br/><br/>&nbsp\;<br/><br/><br/><br/> For more information on this event\, go to https://pdnetworks.soesd.k12.or.us/public/events/view-event/14474/Reading-Clinic-Information-Session-%232
