DESCRIPTION:MESD Ainsworth Building 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle Portland OR 97220 - Auditorium\n\nProfessional development for Transition Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is designed to support the writing of meaningful and student-centered IEPs that are compliant and meet the requirements of General Supervision (Priority 5: Secondary Transition). Participants will have the opportunity to examine the required IEP components while seeing the throughline to the student&#39\;s post-secondary goals. All 9 sections of the Transition IEP wil be covered and numerous resources will be provided. Participants are asked to bring a paper copy of an entire IEP that includes the transition services page (students aged 15 or older) to support their learning edge.
