Participants will explore how racial identity development and cultural literacy strengthen relationships with colleagues\, students\, and communities\, and build skills for disrupting inequitable systems through cross-cultural solidarity.</span></h3><br/><br/><br/><br/><p>You will be contacted by a MCREN team member to confirm your class registration. If you are taking this workshop for college/university credit\, we will guide you through the registration process and applicable steps.<br/><br/><strong>Course Credit-Options:</strong><br/>This workshop is available to all participants at no cost. However\, if you would like to take this course for graduate-level credit\, you have the following two options:</p><br/><br/><br/><br/><p><strong>Lewis &amp\; Clark College:</strong><br/>Graduate-level continuing education credit through the Center for Community Engagement\, 2 semester hours (equivalent to 60 PDU&#39\;s)\, $770.
