Participants are invited to read whichever book resonates most with them\, or explore more than one.</span></span></span></p><br/><br/><br/><br/><p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial\,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">This year\, rather than organizing our discussions around specific chapters\, we&rsquo\;ll gather around shared themes each month. Conversations will be co-facilitated with participants\, creating opportunities for collective learning\, reflection\, and connection. We welcome colleagues to join any or all meetings\, whether they are actively reading one of the books\, exploring related ideas\, or simply curious to engage in the conversation.</span></span></span><br/><br/><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial\,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">You&rsquo\;re welcome to join in person or virtually\, and participate in the ways that work best for you.
