X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:ZOOM    <br/><br/>Southern Oregon Education School District is partnering with<a href="https://futurework.design/"> Future Work Design</a> to lead a collaborative design process to identify meaningful interventions and strategies for HR to create the conditions and systems for successfully meeting the legislative and consortium districts’ goals to recruit\, retain\, and sustain the number of racially\, ethnically\, and/or linguistically diverse teachers and administrators for Oregon’s public schools.  Participants will be required to attend a minimum of five hours of collaborative design sessions\, with the option to participate in all design sessions (for a total of 16.5 hours). The project is scheduled to begin in mid-January and conclude in late March. At the conclusion of the project we will have a clear work plan with actionable next steps.<br/><br/>This is for registration for the intial five hours only.
