X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:ZOOM    <br/><br/>Sessions will focus on the 45 lessons created for  4th\, 5th\, 8th and 10th grade.  Participants will be able to comprehend the Essential Understandings and be able to implement the Tribal History/Shared History unit plans.<br/><br/>Workshops will be held Wednesdays\, Oct. 6\, 13\, and 20\; from 4pm - 6pm (three - 2 hr. sessions).  Participants will be paid curriculum rate for session time attended after the contract day.<br/><br/>SOESD is looking to build Native American Student Unions (NASU) in Middle and High schools within Jackson and Josephine County districts.  Attending this 6-hour course is a prerequisite for becoming the NASU Advisor for your school.  NASU advisors will receive stipends for this work.
