There will be time to network\, brainstorm\, and put some of your ideas down to jumpstart your action plan. Let&#39\;s work together to bridge the work of K-12\, higher education\, and business to provide every student with what they need to succeed.</p><br/><br/><br/><br/><p>If you consider yourself a career and college readiness practitioner then this conveing is for you. Bring your CCR team including administrators\, school counselors\, advisors\, college access professionals\, outreach coordinators\, and all other similar positions working in CCR.<br/><br/>This convening will immediately follow the&nbsp\;<a href="https://pdnetworks.soesd.k12.or.us/public/events/view-event/8736">So.
