Using the recently developed Regional Flight Team Manual ( designed with input from Clackamas County School Districts and community partners)\, this workshop will cover the basics and nitty gritty of what Regional Flight Team Members need to know to be prepared for a school crisis response. In addition to basics\, this training will include developmental information on how children respond to trauma\, how to work with Regional Flight Team members from other districts\, and a review of Support Room logistics.
