These two SEL collaboratives will gather, support, and provide collaborative planning time for educators, school staff, and mental health specialists who want to learn more about the Oregon’s new Transformative Social and Emotional Learning Framework & Standards, or will be responsible for implementing or supporting SEL in their schools or districts.

Objectives for the SEL Collaboratives: 

  • Educators will deepen their knowledge of ODE’s NEW Transformative SEL Standards

  • Educators will understand SEL through an MtSS lens

  • Educators will make a plan of action for implementation 

  • Educators will collaborate with other regional educators to expand SEL implementation and share promising practices
