Event Description

This series is a comprehensive and dynamic class for ECE school leaders.  We will focus on evaluating a variety of tools that will equip you with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset to become visionary leaders in the field.  Through a blend of interactive workshops, case studies, and collaborative discussions, participants will formulate strategies for creating a positive and impactful learning environment for the staff and children they serve.  

Topics covered: School mission and vision construction, inclusive practices and policies, and adaptation to the ever-evolving educational landscape.  Lead with vision.  Inspire teams. Drive meaningful change that benefits both the child and the broader educational community.

This is a 4 part series and participants must attend all trainings to receive ORO credit.  Classes are held:  2/1, 2/8, 2/15 & 2/22 6-9pm.

Prerequisites:
Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
