WellEducator Field Trip #10: Exploring Environmental Wellbeing to Address Stressors in the Workplace

Description: During this personal and professional development training, we will explore the environmental dimension of wellbeing: how we relate and connect with our surroundings. Participants will practice the “how” and “what” skills of mindfulness to connect to the environment. We will explore the benefits of a practice of finding “awe moments” in life and examine ways to cultivate more awe.

Descripción:   Durante esta capacitación de desarrollo personal y profesional, exploraremos la dimensión ambiental del bienestar: cómo nos relacionamos y nos conectamos con lo que nos rodea. Los participantes practicarán las habilidades “cómo” y “qué” de la conciencia plena para conectar con el entorno. Exploraremos los beneficios de la práctica de encontrar “momentos de asombro” en la vida y analizar formas de cultivar más el asombro.
