Native Youth and Family Support Program is partnering with Jerico Cummings from NPAIHB Paths (Re)Membered program for this training.
Description:
The Creating 2SLGBTQ+ Affirming Environments training includes definitions and terminology regarding specific identities used in the Two Spirit and American Indian Alaska Native community, data from the 2020 Pride and Connectedness Survey conducted by Paths (Re)Membered, as well as implications/best practices when working with 2SLGBTQ+ community members.
Who should attend:
Central office staff, educators, support staff, and open to anyone else who may be interested in creating a 2SLGBTQ+ affirming environment.
