Event Description

• The BVIS grant will cover the cost of hotel rooms for TVIs employed by Oregon Regional Programs for the nights of October 9 & October 10
• 40 hotel rooms are available, reserved at:
  • Hilton Garden Inn (425 SW Bluff Dr, Bend, OR 97702)
  • Hampton by Hilton (730 SW Columbia St, Bend, OR 97702)
• Both hotels are within a two-minute drive of each other.
• Rooms will be assigned. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

• Lunch will be provided on October 10 & October 11
• Mileage/Travel expense is not covered by the grant. Coordinate with your educational agency for these expenses.

Accommodations:
