Who should attend:
•    Administrators, Specialists, Teacher Leaders, Mentors, Coachs, Ed Prep Providers, Community Partners, and SOREN Advisors.
•    Educators who want explore evidence-based theories - driven by data, supported by experience and application that show tremendous promise to improve experiences and outcomes in our schools.
•    Joyful, curious, playful, loving, kind, empathetic, imperfect, hurting, healing, compassionate, ever-learning, inclusive, always aiming for liberty and justice for all, educators.

What does it mean to be a Dignity & Belonging Fellow?
•    You will be in the company of people with diverse lived experiences who are driven to learn and want to act with courage and compassion to shift beliefs, improve systems, build community, and co-create conditions where each and every adult and child can thrive.
•    You will explore the dysfunctional cycle of equity implementation and learn how to nurture a culture of dignity and belonging instead.
