Overview: The Integrated Guidance Learning Collaboratives for the upcoming year are designed to provide comprehensive technical assistance to school districts preparing for and completing the Integrated Guidance application required by the Oregon Department of Education. Our goal is to support districts in developing robust, data-driven plans co-designed with families and community that advance student outcomes, particularly for focal groups, through effective engagement and strategic planning.
Key Areas of Support: Our collaboratives will guide districts in facilitating effective engagement teams, fostering meaningful community involvement, and reviewing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions. We will share research-based strategies to improve outcomes for focal groups and assist in conducting comprehensive needs assessments. Participants will receive support in drafting detailed district plans, crafting or revising aligned budgets, and setting longitudinal performance growth targets. Additionally, we will prepare districts to track progress on these targets through established progress markers.
Target Audience: This collaborative is aimed at providing professional learning to Integrated Guidance Engagement Teams or Leadership Teams from each district. Participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to lead their districts through the Integrated Guidance process effectively.
Benefits:
Join us in this collaborative effort to enhance educational outcomes across the Northwest Region through strategic planning and community engagement.
