The New Educator Collaborative (NEC) helps new educators throughout the school year. We offer timely topics, like preparing for family conferences, as well as ongoing best practices, such as setting up classroom discussions and managing difficult behavior. New educators will gain practical strategies, work with others in similar roles, and learn from each other's experiences. Each session includes time for educators to work on their own. The program includes monthly virtual meetings, optional in-person gatherings, and the opportunity to earn graduate-level university credits.
