  • Description: In this session, we will discuss the importance of rest and creating intentional rest time routines  in the early childhood classroom. We will explore strategies that will lead to creating a calm environment for  rest and support children’s overall wellbeing.  Outcomes: As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to: describe the importance of rest for young children. implement new strategies that create a calming rest environment.
  • Descripción: En esta sesión, discutiremos la importancia del descanso y la creación de rutinas de descanso  intencionales en el aula de la primera infancia. Exploraremos estrategias que conduzcan a la creación de un  ambiente tranquilo para el descanso y apoyen el bienestar general de los niños.
