We’re excited to announce Dana Allard-Webb, who will be speaking at our Caregiving: Navigating Provider Relationships and First Responder Interactions workshop on 11/1. A dedicated professional with 24 years in Social Services, Dana is currently the Program Manager for Washington’s Family Caregiver Support Program. She will present on the vital role of family caregivers, the importance of self-care, and key aspects of the Long-Term Care Trust Act and the WA Cares Fund. With experience in Medicaid, case management, and Lifespan Respite Grant development, Dana’s insights will be invaluable for anyone navigating caregiving relationships.

Join her will be Megan Jones, Senior Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at CBIRT! Megan’s presentation, "Insights from the Washington Caregivers' Survey", will explore findings from a statewide research survey on the challenges faced by individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and their caregivers. Conducted with input from diverse communities, this survey sheds light on gaps in services and available support.
