ASD CADRE GARS-3 and SRS-2 Training

Event Details

GARS-3 and SRS-2 Training

Event Description
The Gilliam Autism Rating Scale, Third Edition (GARS-3), helps clinicians identify autism, assess its severity, and determine the appropriate intervention. Items in this widely used test reflect criteria for diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) found in the new Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5).

The SRS-2 identifies social impairment associated with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and quantifies its severity. It’s sensitive enough to detect even subtle symptoms, yet specific enough to differentiate clinical groups, both within the autism spectrum and between ASD and other disorders.
