Esta sesión desafiará a los participantes a analizar y reflexionar sobre sus propios sesgos en la participación familiar, identificar las prácticas de participación familiar que tienen el mayor impacto tanto en las familias como en los niños, y planificar la implementación de estrategias que valoren las perspectivas de las familias y las posicionen como socios, contribuyentes y codiseñadores de un entorno de aprendizaje más inclusivo.
Set 2, FCS 

This session will challenge participants to unpack and reflect on their own biases of family engagement, identify family engagement practices that have the highest impact on both families and children, and plan for the implementation of strategies that value families' perspectives and position them as partners,

contributors, and co-designers of a more inclusive learning environment.

Prerequisites:
Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clacked.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will be emailed within a week of the class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
