Event Description

These are challenging times. You've been taking care of everyone else. Now it's time for you. You need to rejuvenate. You need to bring out your best self.

This three-day workshop is designed to meet the needs of educational leaders, including superintendents, principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, deans, and other educational leaders.  

We will take a look at the brain science that shows how we can bring out the best in ourselves and others. Together, we will grow as leaders in ways that reduce stress, transform difficult interactions into moments of possibility and change, and create learning environments that bring out the best in students and adults alike.
