Experienced Regional Flight Team Training

• This 2.5 hour training for experienced flight team members, is intended to provide an overview and training on the Clackamas Regional Flight Team Model. This training is intended for those individuals with a high level of flight team knowledge and experience. If you have participated in CESD's Initial Flight Team Training, this training is not required. The training will focus on providing participants with resources and information to use in order to provide consistent support across all school districts in Clackamas County. It will provide participants information on a shared vocabulary & common framework to follow when stepping into another district to provide crisis response.

• At the end of this training participants will receive a “Grab and Go” Support Room backpack filled with supplies (one per building).  

• Participants will be given a Clackamas Regional Flight Team badge to wear when providing crisis response for another district.

• Participants will be added to the Regional Flight Team contact list that will be utilized by CESD when a district requests support from the regional team. 
  
  Coffee and Snacks will be provided.
