Event Details
This workshop will cover the nuts and bolts of performing a fair and thorough investigation, from the pre-investigation phase all the way through the writing of the investigation report. Participants will learn how to conduct an investigation that will stand up to scrutiny during an arbitration, Fair Dismissal hearing or other post-investigation inquiry. Special attention will be given to the impact of performing investigation that fall under the overage of Title IX.
