Event Description
The Novice Coaches and Mentors Academy is a series of virtual workshops designed to equip new coaches and mentors with essential tools, skills, and foundational knowledge for effective coaching and mentoring. Participants are introduced to tools, strategies, and practices that our experienced coaches and mentors have developed in previous years. In addition to skill-building, these sessions foster opportunities for networking, collaboration, and the development of a supportive professional peer community.
