Improving Post-Secondary Outcomes

Participants will understand how to:

  • Interpret Oregon’s post-school outcomes data
  • Identify strategies that promote post-school success
  • Apply the Taxonomy for Transition Programming 2.0
  • Utilize the Predictor Implementation Self-Assessment tool
  • Apply key components of the Seamless Transition Model

Upon registering, you will gain access to the training resources from the Oregon Department of Education for this designated topic to review on your own time. These materials are self-paced and non-PDU-earning. Registrants can gain initial access to this material through June 12, 2026. ​The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities and the Oregon Association of Education Service Districts worked collaboratively to create a partnership where each Education Service District provides regional professional development and technical assistance to special education teachers, case managers, and directors through the support of a Regional Technical Assistance Provider (RTAP).
