Improving Post-Secondary Outcomes

Participants will understand how to:

  • Interpret Oregon’s post-school outcomes data
  • Identify strategies that promote post-school success
  • Apply the Taxonomy for Transition Programming 2.0
  • Utilize the Predictor Implementation Self-Assessment tool
  • Apply key components of the Seamless Transition Model

These materials are self-paced and non-PDU-earning. Registrants can gain initial access to this material through June 12, 2026. ​The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities and the Oregon Association of Education Service Districts worked collaboratively to create a partnership where each Education Service District provides regional professional development and technical assistance to special education teachers, case managers, and directors through the support of a Regional Technical Assistance Provider (RTAP).
