Event Description
In this workshop, participants will explore the Reggio Emilia Inspired approach to early childhood learning environments. We will examine the Key Principles of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which emphasizes the benefits of hands-on exploration, collaboration, and the environment as a "third teacher". Participants will apply elements of a child-directed, inquiry-based approach in their practices with children.

Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R. For online classes, the link will be included in the class confirmation email. Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
