Event Description
La capacitación abarcará las pautas nutricionales específicas y los patrones de comidas para los niños que participan en el CCFP. Esto incluye los requisitos para diferentes grupos de edad y componentes alimenticios, como verduras, frutas, cereales integrales, leche y carne o sustitutos de la carne, así como el tamaño de las porciones. Los participantes aprenderán a cumplir los requisitos relativos a la leche, el gluten y los cereales integrales, junto con los principios de Ofrecer Frente a Servir.

Prerequisites:
Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R. For online classes, the link will be included in the class confirmation email. Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clackesd.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who miss no more than 15 minutes of class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
