Event Description

This monthly series offers a supportive space for novice educators to reflect on their classroom experiences, share challenges, engage in open conversations, and build professional practices in community with others. Grounded in topics from The First Years Matter, sessions will touch on essential areas such as classroom management, instructional planning, formative and summative assessments, time management, and goal setting.

Each session is guided by a core focus from creating optimal learning environments to analyzing student work, practicing self-care, and navigating the teaching cycle while remaining flexible to address what educators are truly facing in their classrooms.

Whether you are in your first, second, or third year of teaching, this series provides an opportunity to reflect mindfully, collaborate with peers, and strengthen your practice throughout the school year.
