This workshop centers on the framework that all communication is cross-cultural and complex.

This series will be a space to learn:

Self-Awareness: Reflect on how your perceptions, identity, biases, and cultural norms impact your interpretation of behavior.
Needs and Behavior: Learn about the role of needs in influencing behavior and accompanying feelings.
Effective Responses: Develop strategies rooted in equity, Transformative Social Emotional Learning (TSEL), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Restorative Practices to improve communication, co-regulation skills and effectively respond to behavior you find challenging.

Each session will be a combination of learning theory, skill strategy practice, connection and collaboration

This 3-part series is intentionally held after hours - you will be paid for your time. 

This series will be all online/accessed via Zoom
