Event Description

Description: Language and literacy are fascinating and critical parts of child development required for overall learning and relationships. The foundation is laid in infancy and toddlerhood. In Area 3, participants will explore teaching strategies and practices to support young children to develop communication skills needed in later school and adult life.

This is a (4) session cohort. All participants MUST attend ALL classes in order to receive ORO hours/credit.

Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clackesd.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who miss no more than 15 minutes of class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
