The Early Learning Hub of Clackamas County is hosting this special event and we hope you can attend. For only $20 participants (only programs in Clackamas) will receive:

• Take home literacy sets (Books and other literacy materials)
• Raffle prizes 
• Lunch
• Keynote speech from: Erin Lolich, Early Literacy Specialist, Children's Institute 

Oregon's youngest learners are waiting — and the research is clear. When developmentally appropriate practice, culturally responsive approaches, and the science of literacy work together, children don't just learn to read. They learn to see themselves in the world. This keynote demystifies the terms, bridges the divides, and names what's at stake. We are at a watershed moment in early literacy. What we choose next will echo through a generation.

At this time this event is only for folks who live or work in Clackamas County.

Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R. For online classes, the link will be included in the class confirmation email. Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clackesd.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who miss no more than 15 minutes of class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
