En esta capacitación, los participantes analizarán sus prácticas de planificación y examinarán, clasificarán y caracterizarán las influencias culturales en el desarrollo infantil. Los participantes explorarán los motivos, comportamientos y preferencias de aprendizaje de niños de diversos contextos, y practicarán oportunidades para evitar estereotipos mediante la integración significativa de la diversidad cultural en sus entornos de aprendizaje y prácticas de enseñanza.

In this training, participants will analyze their planning practices and examine, categorize, and characterize cultural influences on child development. Participants will explore the motives, behaviors, and learning preferences of children from diverse backgrounds, and practice opportunities to avoid stereotyping by meaningfully integrating cultural diversity into their learning environments and teaching practices.

Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
