Event Description

This workshop will be led in person by Follett Trainer Librarian, Charla Hollingsworth, M.Ed, MLIS. She will cover the basics of Library Manager and Resource Manager, as well as the summer 2026 update. We will meet at the Washington Service Center, 5825 NE Ray Cir, Hillsboro, OR 97124 at 8am for a light breakfast, the Library Manager workshop will begin at 8:30am. We will break at 12:30 . The Resource Manager training will begin at 1:00pm.

We are also streaming the class. Please select the online option when you are signing up.

If you work with Library manager only, you do not have to stay for the Resource Manager training. If you work with Resource Manager exclusively you can show up at 1pm. If you work with both Library and Resource Manager you can stay the entire day. We will have a light breakfast, bagels, muffins and fruit, and we will have light snacks in the afternoon. If you are staying all day, please bring lunch.

Staff who are new to Follett Destiny Software
Staff who are familiar with Destiny but would like to learn about more
Staff who have taken the class before but would like a refresher
