Blind Visually Impaired Student (BVIS) Fund Tech Time
Event Information:
BVIS Tech Time is a time for Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TSVI) and others from across the state to connect, collaborate, and discuss all things tech. We start each meeting by discussing whatever is top of mind for attendees. After our open discussion, there is a brief presentation on that month’s focus topic. We cover various topics on the use of access technology for blind and low vision students.

Who Should Attend: 

  • Registrants must be employed with a school district in Oregon.
  • Participants who may benefit most from this training include, but are not limited to, TSVIs, Orientation and Mobility specialists, Assistive Technology Specialists, and braille transcribers.
