Программа «Каждый ребенок имеет право на место в детском саду» (ECB Program), запущенная в июле 2025 года, помогает поставщикам услуг раннего развития в штате Орегон создавать инклюзивную среду для детей от 6 недель до 5 лет. Она связывает поставщиков услуг с местными тренерами для обучения, консультирования и поддержки, что позволяет сократить число отстранений и исключений из школы, особенно среди детей небелого населения и детей с ограниченными возможностями. Программа также способствует соблюдению закона, принятого в июле 2026 года, запрещающего отстранения и исключения из школы.

Every Child Belongs, launching July 2025, helps Oregon early learning providers create inclusive environments for children 6 weeks to 5 years. It connects providers with local coaches for training, guidance, and support to reduce suspensions and expulsions—especially for children of color and those with disabilities. The program also aids compliance with the July 2026 law banning suspensions and expulsions.

Prerequisites:

Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R. For online classes, the link will be included in the class confirmation email. Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clackesd.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who miss no more than 15 minutes of class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
