Event Description
Participants will be able to interpret Oregon's post-school outcomes data and identify strategies that promote post-school success. Participants will be able to apply the taxonomy for transition programming 2.0, learn and utilize the Predictor Implementation Self-Asessment tool and learn and apply key components of the Seamless Transition Model.
