STEAM in Action:  Hands-On Exploration & Lesson Design

Unlock Free STEAM Tools for Your K-5 Classroom! Transform and integrate your lessons without spending a dime of your classroom budget. Join us for a full day of hands-on exploration with the Clackamas ESD STEAM Lending Library.

From coding with BeeBots, Sphero BOLT, and Sphero indi cars, to inventing with Makey Makey, building with Makedo and ChompSaws, and diving deep with microscopes—you’ll get direct experience with the high-impact tools available to your school for free.

What to Expect:

• Hands-On Playground: Spend dedicated time playing with each kit to see how they work.

• Integrated Planning Time: Collaborate with peers to embed these tools directly into your existing K-5 curriculum and unit plans.

• Hassle-Free Delivery: Learn how to check out materials at no cost and have them delivered—and picked up—right at your school via the CESD courier.
