This training will focus on how Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses and student participation are tracked in Synergy. With many districts using Career and Workforce Readiness as a local metric under SB 141, accurate CTE data is increasingly important for both reporting and measuring student outcomes.
The session will review how CTE courses and programs should be set up in Synergy, how student CTE participation and credits are tracked, and common data issues that can impact reporting. We will also discuss the roles of CTE staff, school staff, and district data teams in making sure CTE information is entered consistently and accurately.
This training is intended for district and school staff responsible for CTE programs, course setup, student data, scheduling, and reporting.
