Description: Esta sesión explora los 5 Niveles de Liderazgo de John Maxwell, adaptados al contexto de la educación de la primera infancia. Las personas participantes descubrirán cómo el liderazgo va más allá de un cargo o título y aprenderán estrategias prácticas para generar confianza, fortalecer las relaciones e incrementar su influencia positiva en su práctica diaria. Cada participante desarrollará un plan de acción personal que le permitirá avanzar del liderazgo basado en la posición hacia un liderazgo con propósito y un impacto significativo en su comunidad educativa.

This session explores John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership adapted for early childhood education. Participants will explore how leadership extends beyond titles and practice strategies to build trust, strengthen relationships, and increase influence in their daily practice. Educators will leave with a personal action plan to grow from positional leadership to purposeful impact. Prerequisites:
Terms: All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R. For online classes, the link will be included in the class confirmation email. Participants must register in advance. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Please call 503 675-4100 or email ccrr@clackesd.org to request a refund; refunds are not automatic. Hours will only be issued to participants who miss no more than 15 minutes of class. Participants can only take one live online class at a time. Hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Classes will be closed within 5 business days of the class. Certificates will not be issued; they can be downloaded from ORO accounts after the class is closed.
