Event Description
This week-long workshop for school-based Pre K-12 teams will help educators examine their positionality and racial socialization through critical reflection. Participants will explore how racial identity development and cultural literacy strengthen relationships with colleagues, students, and communities, and build skills for disrupting inequitable systems through cross-cultural solidarity.
