This half-day training is for anyone who has already attended last year’s Social Cognition Training or for anyone who attends the Social Skills Level-One Training (Aug 23th morning session). This training will be an opportunity to:
  1. Discuss how your groups have progressed this year and problem solve any difficulties or challenges you have had.
  2.  Learn about teaching your students to generalize their newly learned skills.
  3. Explore key pathways to introduce different curriculum for social thinking.
  4. Learn methods to collaborate and share student goals and progress with school staff.
Target Audience: General education teachers, special educators, speech/language pathologists, all professionals working with students on the Autism Spectrum at elementary to middle-high school grade levels
PDUs: 3 hours
