Series B Reading Academy/Live Webinar via Zoom is for teachers who have completed Series A Reading Academy.

Webinar Expectations
  • Audio or video recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • Have all supplies, teacher's editions, and materials listed below ready and available for each session.
  • Cameras need to be turned on during the sessions. Microphones will be muted until you are working in breakout rooms or you ask a question in order to avoid feedback.
  • Be prepared to be actively engaged in activities and discussion.
  • If the presenter or a participant gets bumped off a session, just log on again using the same Meeting ID or URL. You will be put in a waiting room until the presenter lets you in.
  • You will be given a five-minute stretch break at the end of each hour.
  • Feel free to use the chat to ask questions and communicate with the presenter.

Participants should have the following supplies available for the webinar sessions: 
  1. pen and paper
  2. small whiteboard and marker
  3. Theme/Unit 1 and Theme/Unit 4 of their teacher's edition
  4. their Priority Plans grade level binder including a hardcopy of the Template Cards, Examples, and Task Cards
  5. Reading Strategy and Skill Resource Book
  6. stick-ums
  7. highlighter
Participants will need hardcopies of the Reading Academy Participant Packet pages and Slide Handouts prior to the start of the session
