Positive Discipline in the Classroom

This workshop is for people who have completed the Positive Discipline Core Strategies workshop and who want certification or just more practice and a deeper dive.

In this workshop you will deepen your understanding of Positive Discipline, gaining tools for:
STRENGTHENING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS
IMPROVING SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM CLIMATE
FINE TUNING CLASS MEETINGS
TEACH STUDENTS TO PROBLEM SOLVE RESPECTFULLY (AND EFFECTIVELY)
GROWING A THRIVING CLASSROOM COMMUNITY

Location: Oak Grove Elementary School, Gymnasium
2838 W Main St, Medford, OR 97501
Date: Friday, June 18| 8:30 am–4:30 pm, Lunch will be provided, Bring your own beverage.
Cost: Free to SOESD Educators in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath counties
Pre-requisite: Must have attended all 4 sessions for Positive Discipline in the Classroom Core Strategies
