Do you want to invest in your health and well-being? The WESD Wellness Program has TONS of incredible opportunities to do just that!

In this training, we will introduce you to the WESD Wellness Program and help you better understand the great resources that are available to you.We will also dive into some upcoming events and ways staff can get involved. PLUS – you’ll get to participate in a wellness activity during the class and a possibility of prizes for attendees!

Please note, if there are less than three participants signed up for a training, the training will be canceled. You will be notified of the cancellation a day before the training.
