321 Insight is a tool (FREE to WESD employees) that provides access to short videos, quizzes and discussion questions to build your skills around trauma informed practices. This flexible tool can serve many functions: 1. You can educate yourself by independently working through the online modules 2. You can share a video with your staff or colleagues and then have a discussion about how it applies to your work or 3. You can use the platform to build your own cohort or learning group. The options are endless!
