WESD Regional School Safety Summit

Guest presenters: Lines for Life, PACE, The Center for Education, Innovation, Evaluation and Reseach

This summit will provide district leaders with details about required School Safety policies and plans. There will be an opening and closing session and a choice of two break out sessions. WESD staff will co-present with various agencies and provide time for participants to put session content into action.

Session Topics Include:

Emergency Preparedness
Suicide Prevention
Every Student Belongs
Grant funding for school safety
School culture and climate

You will leave this summit with completed plans or actionable steps to bring back to your district.

Who should attend: Administrators, School Counselors, School Social Workers, School Psychologists, Behavioral Support Specialists, TOSA’s, School Safety Manager/Coordinators
