The Cross Functional Equity Inclusion and Achievement (CFEIA) Team at the Willamette ESD is consolidating our Student Success Network Communities of Practice

• Every Day Matter: Regular Attenders
• 9th Grade On-Track
• Early Learning for Kindergarten Transitions
• Mental Health & Behavior

Bring your team and start the day in a group session focused on improvement science concepts and strategies to support district action plans. In the afternoon, your team will have the opportunity to
 

• Collaborate with educators from across the region focused on a one of the four areas
• Explore best practice models directly related to specific topics
• Build or refine your action plan during work time with support from the CFEIA Team

Who should attend: 

• It is ideal for teams to attend, including any staff specifically supporting regular attenders, 9th grade on track, early learning transitions to kindergarten, and/or mental health and behavior
